Piedmont Colony
Governor Bill Ewalt, as a member of the Piedmont Colony, has contacted its membership as to restarting colony meetings. He will work with the Piedmont Colony membership and hopes to schedule a meeting in the months ahead. There are currently 32 members of the Piedmont colony.

History Note:
The New Garden Friends Meeting has been welcoming members since 1754 in Greensboro. Descendants of John Howland through his daughter Hope Howland and her husband John Chipman are among them.
